The electrical circuit layout should be beautiful and convenient, and the process data display board should be A3 size (or not less than two A4 sizes), which is convenient for operators to view.
6. The testing equipment should have self diagnostic function, relatively complete error prevention measures, workstation interlocking, online verification device (must be equipped with torque verification instrument for production line torque verification), protection, and automatic sound and light alarm functions; Measurement and testing equipment must provide requirements for equipment accuracy and repeatability.
